Development opportunities for professional staff support and promote excellence in professional service. The stronger their skill sets, the more professional staff contribute to student learning, achievement, and success. Buffalo State is committed to providing meaningful development opportunities to help further a sense of community and continue to empower professionals to enhance their involvement across campus.
The Professional Staff Development Office was created to meet these goals. The office brings together professional staff with mutual interests and facilitates sharing of successful ideas, setting priorities, developing mentoring relationships for new and experienced professionals, and presenting more ways for professional staff to get involved in the campus community.
Professionals are encouraged to visit this Web site regularly for online resources and updates and to take advantage of development opportunities as posted here and announced in The Daily, the Bulletin, and by department supervisors.
Please contact the office with your input and for more information.
