Colleges and Universities throughout the country are experiencing rapid changes in student demographics, enrollment trends, compliance mandates, and academic offerings. These shifts in the higher education landscape inevitably require institutions to examine and change their processes, organizational structures, and business practices to remain competitive. This workshop will focus on the complex change process within institutions of higher education, how campus stakeholders respond to change, and methods for effectively facilitating change to attain strategic priorities. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss and apply session content to address change management practices at Buffalo State College.
