It can be challenging to deliver outstanding customer service when you encounter a difficult customer, run into a problem that seems unsolvable, or have to rely on another person or unit to help ensure that the customer is satisfied. During this session, participants will use case studies to learn and practice effective customer service problem-solving techniques and engagement approaches to exceed their customers' expectations during challenging situations. This session is for anyone who serves in a role where he or she provides day-to-day customer service for students, faculty, staff, or constituent groups external to the college.
Light snacks will be provided. Please register through the Workshop Registration System.
