Employees from three generations are working together within organizations and are challenged with how to effectively collaborate, communicate, and accomplish tasks. Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Millennial employees each have a unique and important set of skills that can be utilized to create highly effective multi-generational work teams. This session will provide participants with a better understanding of generational differences and an opportunity to develop strategies to optimize generational strengths to produce desired results.
