The Creative Leadership program (CLP) is a two semester, individualized program of self-awareness, personal growth and professional development designed to enhance individual leadership potential. This program is designed for individuals who hold leadership positions at Buffalo State College and are interested in enhancing their leadership effectiveness. The CLP has been offered for the past 11 years and in 2016 the American Association of State Colleges and Universities presented Buffalo State College with the Leadership Development and Diversity Award for its commitment to faculty and staff leadership development.
